RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your NAMAKA SWIMWEAR purchase. If you're not satisfied and would like to return or exchange an item we're here to help. Simply email us at info@namakaswimwear.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll get the process started.

Please note:

• All sale and discounted items are eligible for exchange only. Full priced items are eligible for a refund.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
• All returns must be sent back in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.) and with the hygienic sticker still attached if applicable.
• We reserve the right to decline a return that shows signs of wear or if it does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
• After we have received your returned item(s) and confirm our guidelines are met, we'll approve your refund within 2-3 business days.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders orders of $200 or more.

International orders:

• Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Transit times may vary due to delays within customs.
